Michael Richards apologizes. Richards' remarks at the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood were asinine. He apologized. Turn the page and move on.
George Weller avoids prison term. Judge Michael Johnson did what a judge should do, he made a decision and he did it correctly. Mr. Weller made a mistake and hit the gas pedal, not the brake. Human error made worse by the enormity of tragedy. Mr. Weller lives in his own prison.
