Dean Karnazes has finished 10 of the 50 marathons. Today he ran with only one other runner for the whole marathon - Amos (Amy). She is a cancer survivor (2003) and didn't run her first marathon until after her surgery . . . she has run nearly 50 marathons, with a personal best of 3:30!
You too can exercise more and live better.
