John Danforth vested 9692 Restricted Stock Units (RSU) but did not take delivery. Rambus Inc. netted out a reported 140 RSU at $14.87 per to pay Mr. Danforth's employment tax.
Mr. Danforth has in place a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan which he adopted on 10/20/2004 and amended 10/25/05.
