Sunday’s news (Mitsubishi) follows a $160 million court settlement that saw Hynix, Samsung and Infineon end their legal wrangling with DRAM conspiracy claims. That deal -- announced on May 10 and viewed by many as one of the last nails in the coffin of DRAM conspiracy claims -- saw Hynix agree to a $73 million deal, Samsung agree to pay $67 million and Infineon settle for $20 million.
