Hoping Mr. Frog carried the briefcase

Donna Fuscaldo of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES informed all who cared:

A Rambus spokesman said Rambus "had a motion" and Judge Richard Kramer of the U.S. District Court in San Francisco "did not act on it." According to John Danforth, Rambus' general counsel, Rambus has 10 days to file another motion to release the documents.

I sure hope that Mr. Frog had briefcase duty this week and not Ms. Fascaldo as the Honorable Richard Kramer spends his working day on McAllister Street in San Francisco as a Superior Court Judge for the State of California. The U.S. District Court's main entrance is on Golden Gate Avenue, albeit across the street.

Yup, she couldn't even find the courthouse . . . and she is reporting on Rambus.

That about sums up the reporting on Rambus.

Maybe Ms. Fascaldo took Lombard St.* on her way to the courthouse that she got dizzy.

*the crookedest street in the world.

Or maybe she spent the night over at the fisherman's wharf eating raw fish. ewwwwww.....

Or maybe her GPS was made in Korea or Idaho. (same difference!)
