We THINK Payne may be between a rock and a hard place
We THINK Whyte may be, at least, "fair" toward Rambus
We KNOW Croaker is an asshole

It's about 3 weeks before what everybody has been looking forward to

Is it not a bit suspicious, or surprising, that the stock has not moved up more than it has ????

Payne has screwed us more times than I have had hot meals . . . believe a wait and see is in order . . . can't understand though what is taking the ftc so long . . . are they part of FEMA . . . eamo

Does anyone on the thread have any idea why the FTC has been so silent . . . how long will it take for a ruling . . . I have had marriages that lasted less time . . .

My opinion is that they know they do not have a case
However, they damage Rambus by staying silent
You know, that "uncertainty thing"
They'll look for a "quiet time" to sneak in a statement ???
