Rambus will announce . . .

Reading the Donkey straw . . . place your bet(s)

Can you feel the "Short Term Blues" coming . . .

Insider sales Q1 '05 to Q2 '05 - down [from approximately 470,000 shares to 276,000 shares . . . so stop your complaining, okay?]

Litigation expenses Q1 '05 to Q2 '05 - up, up, up and away . . . you know, we are checking out the "found" tapes . . . added more parties to existing litigation and added (voluntarily and involuntarily) more litigation . . . and we are happy that Hynix will not be taking us to arbitration in our SF, California state court litigation . . . Bless Judge Kramer . . .

Contract revenue Q1 '05 to Q2 '05 - down . . . we spread it out over contract life . . . we finished some and have some in the pipe and err, well, we are working hard at lining up some more . . . that's all I can say at this time . . .

Royalty income - Q1 '05 to Q2 '05 - down . . . lost Samsung, not getting paid for DDR, et al., PSIII not online yet . . . . we believe, err, well the market will continue to increasingly adopt our technology . . . that's all I can say at this time . . . . oh, and Infineon money is a couple quarters out . . .

Well, at least the PowerPoint presentation will work this time and Hughes will be rested . . .

Now if the focus is moved from the short term to a longer view . . . the picture changes . . . just Donkey musings . . . . you know the drill . . . do your own due diligence . . .
