Rambus - Investor Relations

Great idea and looks nice. Seriously, a real good effort. Hat tip to Investor Relations.

That noted, a couple small suggestions:

1) The Company Contact & Equity Research is a bit light - hard to read - when printed in standard black & white.

2) The last line in the third column on the first page "power than traditional serial link solutions." is sliced by the horizontal base line when printed . . . the same line fits nicely under the last line of the middle column.

Donkey Notes:

Did you know that "the Company's Directors and Officers, as a group, beneficially owned over 14% based on 99.3 million shares outstanding as of March 11, 2005."?

Yup, and I am hoping they pause their selling.

Do you wonder who has sold what over the last 5 1/2 years and how much money each of the insiders has taken and ran (I mean "diversified")? It is not a pretty picture, unless of course, you are an insider.

Are you wondering how much the insiders have made in comparison to the net earnings of Rambus?
