What is happening with the FTC's prosecution of Rambus?

On or before June 17, 2005, Complaint Counsel and Rambus where to file parts of the Infineon litigation record that they each "deem relevant to any issue in this matter".

On or before July 8, 2005, the parties may file an objection to the filing of the other party stating the legal basis for the objection(s).

On or before July 19, 2005, the parties are to file their responses, if any, to the objections.
