The dog ate my article notes

James Detar writing for Investor Business Daily struggles as he reports:

"We're certainly interested in doing a reasonable deal, like we did with Infineon," Hughes said in an interview. (Emphasis added.)
Did Hughes really say that? At Rambus’ annual shareholder meeting earlier this week, Hughes indicated (and joked about how many times he has said this) that the Infineon settlement was not a model for other settlements.

Justice said Hynix conspired to fix prices of memory chips. Without admitting any guilt, Hynix agreed to the fine.
Well, that is not the spin from “Justice”. The DOJ has announced that Hynix will be pleading guilty to price-fixing. Read the DOJ press release here.

You can read the whole article here. See how many other "misunderstandings" can be found in the article.
