Skip Oliva of The Voluntary Trade Council issued a press release that its Freedom of Information Act request for a peek at the communication the Federal Trade Commission had with the three amigos - Hynix, Infineon and Micron - has been denied. He has appealed the decision.
Mr. Oliva wonders if the FTC engaged in unseemly behavior in its commencement and investigation of Rambus.
