Price Fixing -DOJ hints of more indictments

Electronic News reports:

Thursday's filing in U.S. district court by DOJ attorney Niall E. Lynch suggests that there may be more fines and indictments may be coming as result of the investigation. "Various corporations and individuals, not made defendants in this information, participated as coconspirators in the offense charged in this information and performed acts and made statements in furtherance of it," the filing stated. (Emphasis added.)
