April 7 (Bloomberg) -- Mosaid Technologies Inc., the Canadian designer and tester of semiconductors, renewed its patent-infringement fight against Infineon Technologies AG after a federal judge dismissed most of a lawsuit last week.Read the article here.
The new suit, filed in the Eastern District of Texas, claims Infineon violated three patents protecting computer-memory technology, Ottawa-based Mosaid said today. The suit targets patents different from those in the previous case in New Jersey, the company said.
