Judge Rules - Rambus Has Unclean Hands (VA.02)

Infineon has scored another victory against Rambus in Judge Robert Payne’s courtroom. This time Rambus was told to go packing without the merits of its infringement claim being heard.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports "I conclude based on the record and the law that Infineon has proved by clear and convincing evidence that Rambus is guilty and liable for unclean hands and guilty of spoliation that requires dismissal of this action," Payne told a courtroom packed with lawyers for other semi-conductor companies now locked in litigation with Rambus.
