In a tentative ruling posted on Judge Whyte’s Tenative Rulings page shortly after 6:00 p.m. today (3/3/05), Judge Whyte (tentatively) granted Hynix’s motion for leave to amend asserting unclean hands as a defense to patent claims in the declaratory judgment and patent counterclaim as to patents at issue. Judge Whyte requested clarification regarding Hynix’s motion for relief.
