Hynix v Rambus (San Jose, CA) Hynix files amendment to complaint

"Rambus deliberately misled Hynix and other JEDEC members about its plans to obtain patents on elements it saw that JEDEC was incorporating in its SDRAM standard and DDR SDRAM standard. This fraudulent conduct included Rambus’ failure to disclose patents in good faith pursuant to JEDEC disclosure policy (as Rambus’ own conduct had construed that policy), and in licensing discussions with Hynix.” (Beginning page 2, line 20.)
