FTC v Rambus

Rambus filed an objection on 2/4/05 to Complaint Counsel’s (CC) efforts to designate the record “relevant to the question that Rambus engaged in spoliation of evidence.”

According to the filing, CC submitted a 23 page brief with over 200 pages of attachments – whereas Rambus “filed a seven-page statement.” Additionally, Rambus objects to the “other matters” that CC addressed in its filing.

The Rambus objection has attachments which it wants the Commission to accept if the Commission considers CC’s additional arguments and attachments.

The body of the “Public” filing by Rambus is one page and is captioned Objections By Respondent Rambus Inc. To Complaint Counsel’s Response To The Commission’s Order Regarding Designation Of Record Pertaining To Spoliation Of Evidence By Rambus; Request To Submit Additional Exhibit and may be found here.

Hat tip to BennettMI of the Pinehurst Thread for the link.
