In the Hynix Litigation section I discovered that the patent and spoilation trial date has been moved to April 11, 2005. I was unable to find an order confirming this at Rambus' Litigation Update page.
The balance of the suit relating to Rambus' conduct at JEDEC, apparently remains set for June 13, 2005, as previously posted.
