I attended opening arguments yesterday (1/4/08) in Rambus vs The Cartel -Hynix, Samsung, Micron & Nanya - or various members of The Cartel vs Rambus, if you prefer.
As I listened to Mr. Stone, watched the jury and the profile of Steven P. Appleton, images flashed through my brain - best depicted by this two minute video. For best results, turn up the volume and if in a rush, bounce to 1:25 and watch the last 30 seconds. Mr. Stone takin' to The Cartel.
